Pivot Tegular

Standard Tegular lay-in - Rebated Modular tile laid into an exposed T-Grid.

The patented Pivot Tegular system is unique to Burgess. The system is a development of the 40dB Flush Tegular range with the added benefit of both tile and acoustic inlay retention by permanent attachment within an easily demountable suspension system. Pivot Tegular provides a smooth modular aesthetic, and combines simple retained accessibility with excellent acoustic performance.

The 16mm deep tiles integrate with our SRA board/15 insert, and are supported from our 25mm wide 50mm deep solid extruded grid system. The tiles have specially engineered side flanges that locate into the grid during access. The grid system is very robust and individual cross noggins can be easily removed thanks to the patented 'twist-out' feature. Furthermore, the grid can be offered with a continuous M6 thread detail for easy partition integration.

The Pivot Tegular range is an ideal solution for highspec office developments where there is a desire to have a low maintenance system with a smooth modular look and high acoustic integrity.



Suspension system.

Tiles to be supported by the Burgess 25 x 16mm extruded tee grid system with ‘twist-out’ feature to enable cross noggins to be removed insitu, incorporating optional continuous M6 thread detail, supported at 1200mm maximum centres by rigid angle or wire hangers.

Perimeter Trim.

Extruded aluminium perimeter channel trim, ref: ET181, colour Ral 9010 20% gloss.
